Discovers `qa-reports/weekly-qa-YYYY-MM-DD.md` files across a list of project folders, parses each tolerantly (health rating, severity-tagged findings, top issues, build/security/typecheck status), compares this week to prior weeks to surface regressions, finds issues that recur across multiple apps (likely shared infra), and emits one prioritized digest with cross-app status table, regressions, recurring patterns, ranked actions, and per-app one-liners. Use this skill whenever the user wants a cross-app QA view — including phrases like "weekly QA digest", "Monday QA roll-up", "what's degrading across my apps", "QA summary across", "show me this week's QA", "what broke this week", "QA dashboard", "aggregate the QA reports", "QA trend across", "health check across my apps", or any time multiple QA reports exist on disk and the user wants one read instead of nine. Especially trigger after scheduled-task runs complete or at the start of the week.
