Deconstruct a repository into a single self-contained static HTML spec page at docs/dev/learn/deconstruct-the-guts/index.html, with two tabs — a Functional Spec (what it does, for whom, how users/systems interact) and a Technical Spec (how it's built, run, deployed, extended).
