brand-align

Align a target repository to a source-of-truth design system. Scans for token drift (colors, type, spacing, radii, shadows), component-variant divergence, and voice/copy patterns; writes a categorized drift report; emits a single non-breaking ship script that fixes drift mechanically via design tokens (no layout, IA, or content changes). Use this skill whenever the user wants cross-repo brand or design-system consistency — including phrases like "align X to the [name] brand", "apply the [source] look to [target]", "brand drift check", "design system audit across", "make this match [source repo]", "why does X look different from Y", "design tokens drift", "design alignment PR", "harmonize the look across", or any work that bridges a canonical DESIGN.md / brand identity file in one repo and one or more sibling repos that have drifted from it. Especially trigger when the user names two repos and uses verbs like align, harmonize, match, port, mirror, or sync in a visual/design sense.
